2、 Requirements for application materials

1. The applicant shall provide relevant materials and information in accordance with the requirements of the annex GR China agency application, and all materials submitted to gr sales division must be true and effective; If the materials and relevant supporting materials are not submitted in accordance with the requirements of GR China agency application, the materials will be deemed invalid in the selection, and the score will be calculated as zero;

2. If the information provided by the applicant is untrue, it will be disqualified from this application;

3. If it is found that the applicant uses other investors to apply, the application qualification will be cancelled, and the application qualification of both parties for 2 years will be cancelled;

4. The same applicant can apply for multiple cities, but the application form of each application city needs to be submitted separately;

5. The application materials must be prepared in detail and accurately and bound into a volume, and when the subsequent GR sales division needs the applicant to further supplement relevant materials, the applicant shall cooperate;

6. After the deadline of application, GR sales division will not accept any application;

7. No matter whether the applicant's application is approved or not, the materials provided by the applicant will be kept and processed by Gr China and will not be returned.

3、 Application requirements

1. Familiar with the regional sales network of electronic and electrical new energy, vehicle and other fields, and have the ability to independently explore the market. There are individuals or companies with the background of automobile enterprises and users in the electric power new energy industry;

2. Focus on following up the development and management of regional new energy vehicle enterprises, batteries, motors, electronic control, construction machinery, communication, energy storage, charging and discharging equipment and other new energy customers;

4、 Rights and interests of agents

1. Agents can apply to participate in various training and Salon Exhibition activities held by Gr China;

2. GR China can send personnel to assist, solve and guide the marketing process or after-sales service;

3. The agent can apply for GR China to send personnel to the regional agency for technical training and sales training;

4. GR China sales division assists in achieving the annual plan target of regional market sales;

5. GR China headquarters promotes GR brand in China, and regional agents assist in participating in major exhibitions, product launches, expositions and other large-scale activities;

6. Agents who complete GR China's annual sales plan can enjoy the policy of applying for order discount and rebate for the next year.
